Sanriku Fish Sausages are made from wild-caught fresh fish imported from Alaska USA.
Compared to meat sausages, fish sausages contain approximately 45% less calories, 88% less fat and 77% less cholesterol.
Fish sausages can be recommended for a daily well-balanced diet.
Sanriku Fish Sausages have 2 years shelf-life at room temperature.
In our processing plant, fish sausages are processed by heat sterilization in a retort oven and completely sealed with special aluminum films for highly moisture proof and light shielding. It is so easy for distributors, retailers and consumers to handle and keep at their storages and shelves.
We have 4 kinds of flavor, sanriku shrimp, basil &cheese, black pepper and chili pepper. They are ready-to-eat and also can be enjoyed by any kinds of dishes such as omelet, hot dog, fried noodles, soup & noodles, fried rice, hot pot, curry and etc., instead of using meat sausages.
Our processing plant acquires USA and EU HACCP certification and Halal certification.
