A: We have a metal factory with our own trading team. Our factory is located in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province. We quote factory direct prices.
Q: Can you provide samples? Are samples free? Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes, we can send samples to potential customers. We also accept custom orders.
Small samples are offered free charge, but the customer has to pay shipping charges.
A fee is required for large or custom samples. Sample customization usually takes 5-7 business days.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For orders with value below USD 1,000, 100% payment in advance is required.
For orders with value above USD 1,000, 30% TT and balance 70% TT or L/C, before shipment.
Q: What is the lead time to delivery?
A: Generally, it is 5-7 business days. Large orders may get delayed further.
Stock products can be shipped within 2-5 business days after deposit or T/T is received.
New products made out of stock materials can be shipped within 7-10 business days.
New products requiring special or out-of-stock materials can be shipped within 10-15 business days.
Q: How are goods shipped and what is the freight time?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Air and sea transportation are optional.
For large orders, sea freight is preferred due to lower rates.
Q: How can product quality be verified?
A: A Mill Test Certificate is supplied with every shipment. If required, a Third Party Inspection is acceptable or SGS.
