Overview of concrete electric pole machine

Introduction of concrete pole mould : 

Concrete Casting Pole mould is divided into two type structure with the steel plate compressed into pole shape dimension with heavy hydraulic press machine ,increasing strength by flange, longitudinal bar and ring ribs,finally put the whole turning on a lathe , routine test. The diamether and length can be customised based on the customer need.

Centrifugal Spinning Pole Machine 

When the centrifugal force that is created by pole centrifugal machine turns the pole steel mould equal to or slightly greater than the gravity of the concrete, concrete can overcome the influence of gravity, stay away from the center of rotation so that strong distribution around the model. When the speed continues to increase,all kinds of material in the concrete mixture along the direction of the centrifugal force crowded around to dense homogeneous by centrifugal force.
