FEATURES AT A GLANCE

The main screw of the machine unit is deep-processed with 38GrMoAl special steel, which is more than 5 times longer than the service life of ordinary 45# carbon steel screw. The auxiliary plasticizing screw is made of 40GR, which reduces the manufacturing cost of 38GrMoAl special steel. The machine can also use the automatic feeder designed and produced by our factory to achieve one-stop production of automatic conveying, feeding, plasticizing, exhausting and extrusion. The eager cutting and collecting device can be replaced and added to make the operation more concise and convenient. The unit can be placed in either “one” shape or left and right “T” shape, which saves space and has more relaxed requirements for the workshop. The whole machine is safer and more beautiful after packaging, and can be painted according to customer requirements.
