Three Phase Multifunctional voltage monitoring Phase Sequence protective Relay RD6-W

RD6-W is an intelligent multi-functional monitoring and protection device which including timing, counting and voltage display, overvoltage undervoltage protection, phase failure protection and phase sequence protection functions.

Made of industrial microprocessor chip and nonvolatile storage technology. LCD display which is easy to read and operate.

The device can display the current supply voltage, record working times, working hours, number of fault, failure time/period and other working data.

The relay will cut off the power to protect the equipment when over-voltage, under-voltage,phase failure or phase sequence happens in 3 phase power system.

It is widely used in passenger elevator, hoist , machine tool and other equipments
which are frequently started. Protecting the equipment and human safety.

Applications:

1. Control for connection of moving equipment (site equipment, agricultural equipment, refrigerated trucks).

2. Control for protection of persons and equipment against the consequences of reverse running (lifting, handling, elevators,      

    escalators, etc.).

3. Control of sensitive 3-phase supplies.

4. Protection against the risk of a driving load (phase failure)./Phase loss protection

5. Normal/emergency power supply switching.

Main functions features:

1. Voltage display: Show current supply power voltage value

2. Over-voltage & under-voltage protection: When the power supply voltage is too high or too low, the power would be cut    
    off(Over and under-voltage value can be set)

3. Phase failure protection: The equipment power will be cut off when phase failure/Loss happens in 3 phase power

4.Phase sequence protection: When fault happens in the rotational direction of phases,the power supply will be cut off

5. Timing and Counting: Recording starting times and total working hours of equipment

6. Fault record: Record faults happen times and total hours
