Q1: What is the Warranty for Intelligent Sanitary Wares ?
A1: For all of our intelligent sanitary wares, they have 2- year warranty .If any quality problems on our side were found during this period, we will send you the core spares for your replacement ASAP. Q2: What is your MOQ ?
A2: 100 pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before normal orders.
Q3 : What type of cartridges do you provide and the lifetime ?
A3 : We provide ceramic cartridges mainly including : Spain Sedal & Taiwan KCG Cartridge , 500,000 times open and close ; Domestic Cartridge : 200,000 times open and close .
Q4 : What about the delivery time ?
A4 : For samples, just within 3 days, for small order (less than 100 PCS) within a week, for normal orders (less than 1000 PCS)15days, more than 1000PCS, negotiate the delivery time.
Q5 : Do you charge for samples and freight ?
A5 : As per our company policy ,the samples and freight shall be undertaken by clients while
sample charges will be returned back at next formal order Q6: what kind of transportation do you usually use ?
A6 : For samples or small order, courier express will be best choice ; For bulk order , Sea shipment is the best but takes longer time ; For urgent orders, we suggest by air.
Q7 : Can we get support if we have our own market position ?
