1.Is your company a trading one or a factory? How long has your company run on luggage accessories? 

Factory (We produce, we sell, any factory visit is welcome). 

Since 2000, we have 18 years experience in luggage accessories and focus on producing trolley, luggage trolley and wheel since 2007.

2.Does your company accept customization?

We accept OEM/ODM. We have our own factory and excellent design team. Any specification, material and color is welcome.

3.What is your MOQ?

OEM & ODM: Our MOQ is 500 sets per color, but we can accept less quantity. It depends on different styles.

 4.I want to buy a lot of products, can you give me free samples?

Very sorry! We treat all customers equally whether they are small orders or large orders. We will not provide samples free of charge (sample price is batch price *2). Postage is self-care. But if you give us a bulk order, we will pay back the sample expense.

 5.After an order is placed, when to deliver?

Our product is custom and almost has not inventory. Generally we can arrange shipment after 5 to 7 days for sample and after 30 to 45 days for bulk order.  

6.Do your products have warranty?

Yes, We offer 1 year warranty. Our Policy: If there is some quality problem, First, Send the defective product to us. You bear the freight; Second, send back to you after fixing. We pay the freight.

7.What shipping ways you can offer?What are your payment terms?

By Express/Airline/Sea vessel. According to your request. We accept Paypal, T/T, L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance payment.
