Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ? A1: We are the manufacturer, all the goods are shipped directly from the factory.
Q2: How long is your delivery time? A2: Generally it is 7-15 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to the quantity.
Q3:Can your company supply greenhouse design? A3: Yes. Our company can give greenhouse design according to your land and plant. And we can give simple drawings before signing contract.
Q4: How can we install the greenhouse? A4:If necessary, engineer and several workers will guide and install. Or only engineers will be sent to instruct the local workers.
Q5: How do you take care when the clients received the defective products? A5: Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
