– Use a paper filter to produce a wonderful wine red tone, with a clean flavor free of off-tastes. – Enjoy blended with lemon or honey. Safety
Tests found pesticide residues reaching only 1/20th of the regulatory threshold on the raw leaves (per test by Falco Science in 2013). The washing, fermentation, and roasting process is believed to further reduce these trace quantities, making the tea safe for people of all ages.
