We developed and marketed a product called “Cook For Me Atsu-Atsu Takoyaki” together with Nippon Suisan Kaisha, Ltd. with a great dashi flavor, no powdery texture, and being cooked to perfection with juicy fillings as its selling points. This product included eight takoyaki on a tray and allowed for anyone to easily enjoy takoyaki at home simply by heating them in the microwave. This led to the product receiving the “Shokuhin Yushu Hit Sho” (Food Product Excellent Hit Award) from The Nihon Keizai Shimbun in 1992. The selling points used in developing this takoyaki product at the time have been handed down to the takoyaki we make at our company in the present day. Our frozen takoyaki is currently produced at a rate of roughly 7000t per year and is sold all over Japan. In addition, we have acquired ISO9001 and 14001 certifications, as well as HACCP certification for trade with the USA, and a portion of the product is exported overseas as well.
