س 1. What’s the payment term?
أ: We accept T/T 30% إيداع و 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, اتحاد غرب,VISA,Paypal is also accepted.

س 2. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
أ: بشكل عام هو كذلك 1-2 أيام إذا كانت البضاعة في المخزون. أو هو كذلك 5-10 أيام إذا لم تكن البضاعة في المخزون, حسب الكمية.

س 3. What is your standard packing?
أ: All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.

س 4. Could you please tell us the month capacity of your products ?
أ: It depends on which model, we produce more than 2500 tons rubber materials per month.

س 5. what kind of certificates you have ?
أ 1: We have been ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 certified by SGS since 2015.
A2: We have various rubber compounds approved, NSF, ROHS and REACH.

س 6: How to check the quality of the bulk order?
أ 1: We provide preproduction samples before mass production for all customers if needed.
A2: We accept third party inspection such as SGS, توفالو, INTERTEK, BV, إلخ.

س 7: Do you use any international standards for the rubber products?
أ: نعم, we mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials, tolerances as per ISO3302, ISO2768, إلخ.

Q8: What materials are available to produce from your side?
أ: NBR, EPDM, SILICONE, FPM(FKM), NEOPRENE(سجل تجاري), NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, Fluorosilicone(FVMQ), FFKM, Liquid Silicone, اسفنجة, إلخ.

Q9: Does NUOANKE Rubber provide maintenance on tooling?
أ: Maihua Rubber maintains all tooling and will replace as needed.
