Aluminum foil induction seal liner

1. Aluminum foil induction seal liner is formed by cardboard backing, plus aluminum foil and heat seal film layer, after induction of seal-capping, it will be automatically divided into two pieces.
2. Bottle cap heat seal film layer can apply welded heat seal or easy-to-tear heat seal to the bottle as required by the contents.


Aluminum foil pressure sensitive seal liner

1.Pressure sensitive seal liner is composed of PS foaming with pressure-sensitive adhesive on the reverse side,this seal liner can sealing on the bottles by hand without use induction machine.

For excellent adhesion to the lip of plastic, glass, and metal container.
2.The front side can be printed the LOGO according to customer’s requirement, and cut size by the customer-specific .The pressure

How to Use the Induction bottle cap aluminum foil seal liner/wad sealed for your protection printed for PET/PE/PP capsule bottles:


أ:For below showing how to use the induction aluminum foil heat seal liner:
1. Induction lining materials are constructed from aluminum foil membranes, coated with polymer and attached to a backing material by means of wax or polymer bond.

This foil laminate is then placed inside a cap or closure, and the closure applied to the container,bringing the foil laminate into contact with mouth of the container.

2. The container then passes underneath the induction sealing head, where an electromagnetic field creates a low level of localized heat on the foil membrane, which is sufficient to melt both wax bond and polymer coating.

3. Soon after the container leaves area of the electromagnetic field,the polymer hardens,forming a flexible,yet hermetic seal between foil and neck of the container, while the backing material goes inside the cap as interior liner for more protection.

ب: For below showing how to use the pressure sensitive aluminum foil seal liner:

1. It does not need to be sealed; you just insert the seal piece into the lid (the letter side forward the lid) and spin on the
bottle lip.
2. After about 20 الدقائق, you can take off the lid, and the liner is sealed with bottle together, there isn’t necessary to any heat sealing machine and easy for usage.
