≪Product Information≫
This product is Japanese blended whisky distilled in Toyama prfecture.
It is blended by over 50% of plemium malt whisky and carefully selected Scotch grain whisky.
The base whisky is three years-old malt whisky and several whisky matured more than three year are blended for this product.
The ingredient malts are selected heavily peated malts from Scotland, they bring out the smoky taste.
The great Japanese distilling and blending technique make the taste mellow and mild.
Although the style is heavily peated, it can be enjoyed smoothly for even beginners.
It is non-chill filtered.
It is gradually evaluated as a high quality blended whisky outside Japan.

There is the place called Junenmyo nearby Saburomaru distillery. The name of Junenmyo has a meaning of lamping people for a decade because in days of old, people living there cultivated a lot of canola flowers as field mustard and the oil from it had lighted people’s life and their hearts for a long time. Our whiskey Junenmyo hopes to light people like it.

≪About Saburomaru Distillary (Wakatsuru brewery)≫
There is a distillery called Saburomaru Distillery in the company of Wakatsuru brewery.

Saburomaru Distillery is the only distillery in the Hokuriku region. Since the foundation in 1952, Wakatsuru brewery have passed down their original ingredients and techniques, making whisky today with the same passion carried on since the beginning.
With the great dream of creating whisky in the land of Toyama that will be loved by many people, they have built a history and grown into a distillery that can invites tourists to watch the production.
Please come and visit thme to taste the charm of their whisky with your five senses.
Saburomaru Distillery has the world’s first cast pod still “ZEMON”.
“ZEMON” is a completely new pot still born from the technology of Copper bell producer in Takaoka.
The brand new pot still is developed by Saburomaru Distillery and Oigo Manufacturing company.
“ZEMON” is made of a copper-tin alloy containing about 90% cpper and about 8% tin.
Tin is a high-grade metal that is tdaded at about three times the price of copper.
It has been said since ancient time that the taste of alcohol is mellow, and it has been used as a cooler or sake and shochu.
“ZEMON” contributes to the production of high quality spirits by the two effects of copper and tin.
