أ: We take care of each step of your order from material arrangement till packing finished. We have materials testing before using, and have QC for quality checking on production line to make sure everything is good, and inspection after goods finished to double check the final quality and packing.
س: If there’s a quality issue when I received the goods, what should I do?
أ: Our quality standard is AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor. We take care of each step for quality, if there’s a quality issue after goods received, please contact us for the after-sales service, we will handle this carefully and effectively.
