س 1：I am a novice foreign trade, how to finish an order?
أ 1：First of all, you can contact us by email (ADMIN[AT]KRELL-GIFTS.CN). our professional staff will give you answer any questions, or, you can direct online order according to their own requirements.
Q2：What’s the order process?
A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you)
> Create artwork (me) > موافقة (you) > full payment or a half payment(you)
> إنتاج + Shipping after full payment (me)
س 3: Can I get a product sample? A3: نعم, بالطبع. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
س 4: I’d like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
س 5: Can you make glitter, glow, epoxy items? A5: نعم, نحن نقدر.
س 6: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it? أ 6: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
س 7: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do? A7-1: If you provide wrong info and cofirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them. A7-2: If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we’ll re- make for you freely.
