Automatic Adhesive Rubber Gasket Machine for control cabinet is a 2-component mixing and dosing system. It can be used to foam,glue and pot for various workpieces. KW-520D adopts Germany BARMAG high accurancy metering pump which can adapt low viscosity, medium viscosity and high viscosity polymers and materials, Such as polyurethane, silicone, silicon gel, exposy resin and other reaction materials. KW-520D can run with high stability as an independent equipment or a part of automatic production line.

Dosing and Mixing System

Automatic Adhesive Rubber Gasket Machine for control cabinet has different operating modes. The standard control system is a movable cantilevered control panel with 15-inch touch screen. After adjusting the machine and prestting the parameters, the machine will run accurately, safely and efficiently according to the technical setting during the production.

3-axis high efficiency linear robot is drived by gear and rack ;strong structure and high acceleration can meet the requirements for high accurancy process.

Cantilevered operating interface is easy to control and program the machine. Technical parameters can be modifed conviniently on the touch screen.

The base adopts the welded structure. Fixed feet and adjustable feet are optional. This machine is drived efficiently and stably by servo motors with gear and rack.

Raw Material-PU

PU is a product of 2-component Polyurethane. It adopts FIPFG (foamed-in-place foam gasket) technology which can foam on the workpiece directly. The finished product is a soft and elastic foamed gasket. This gasket is made from component A and component B. Component A is mainly polybasic alcohol, Component B is a hardener-isocyanate. After mixing A and B according to a certain proportion and completely foaming, the mixture will become a soft foamed sealing strip.

Mixing time:time for mixing component A and component B

Reaction time:time for the mixture to react( about15-60 seconds after mixing)

Foam time:time from reaction to finish (حول 15-180 seconds)

Dry time:tiem for no viscosity on the suface, and no damage with touch under room temperature 25 ℃(حول 2-20 minitues later) Available time:time for the availability of gasket to be pressed or assembled (حول 20 minitues-12 hours later)
