أ: For old customer, we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge the sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.

Q2: How to pay express charges if order samples?

For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will deliver samples after payment.
