Q 1. Wie ist die Zahlungsfrist??
EIN: Wir akzeptieren T/T 30% Anzahlung u 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, West Union,VISA,Paypal is also accepted.

Q 2. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
EIN: Im Allgemeinen ist es 1-2 Tage, wenn die Ware auf Lager ist. oder es ist 5-10 Tage, wenn die Ware nicht auf Lager ist, es ist nach menge.

Q 3. What is your standard packing?
EIN: All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.

Q 4. Could you please tell us the month capacity of your products ?
EIN: It depends on which model, we produce more than 2500 tons rubber materials per month.

Q 5. what kind of certificates you have ?
A1: We have been ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 certified by SGS since 2015.
A2: We have various rubber compounds approved, NSF, ROHS and REACH.

F6: How to check the quality of the bulk order?
A1: We provide preproduction samples before mass production for all customers if needed.
A2: We accept third party inspection such as SGS, TÜV, INTERTEK, BV, etc.

Q 7: Do you use any international standards for the rubber products?
EIN: Jawohl, we mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials, tolerances as per ISO3302, ISO2768, etc.

Q8: What materials are available to produce from your side?
EIN: NBR, EPDM, SILICONE, FPM(FKM), NEOPRENE(CR), NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, Fluorosilicone(FVMQ), FFKM, Liquid Silicone, Sponge, etc.

F9: Does NUOANKE Rubber provide maintenance on tooling?
EIN: Maihua Rubber maintains all tooling and will replace as needed.

EIN:Wir haben 165 empolyees at time of December 2016.
