1. Do you have the software to manage the device?
EIN: Jawohl,we have the application Smartpass to manage the information. And it’s free.
2. Do you have stock to ship immediately?
EIN: Jawohl, for small quantity order, we have enough stock.
3. How does the card and face work together?
EIN: The system supports IC/ID cards and can be combined with face recognition and temperature verification.
4.Can it work outside?
EIN: The temperature identifying kiosk is not designed for outdoor use. Direct sunlight, however, would majorly impact performance.
5.Can it notify when someone has a fever?
EIN: Currently, a red LED light will blink at the top with a message about denying access. With Smartpass application, an email can be sent to the kiosk administrator to notify them of the high temperature scan.
6.Does it save a picture of a stranger?
EIN: By default, saving pictures of the strangers is off in Settings > Temperature Detection Settings > Stranger Record OFF
