We use and process kikuimo cultivated on our own farm. Our EM natural farming method draws out the maximum power of the soil without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Inulin found in kikuimo is attracting attention as a natural form of insulin. It shows promise in preventing and ameliorating diabetes caused by abnormal blood sugar levels. Grown amid the wide-open nature of Minamioguni, the kikuimo is processed into Kikuimo Roasted Chips, Kikuimo Powder, and Kikuimo Tea, for delivery to customers with affection.
We integrate all aspects from production of kikuimo to processing and selling. Our kikuimo fields cover three hectares, and have acquired the JAS standard.
