The product has been in storage for about two years, using all kinds of techniques to bring out the umami of the ingredients. It has a mild aroma that is not found in ordinary potato shochu. The taste is clear and crisp, with a mild finish and a lingering aftertaste. It is easy to drink.
We integrate all aspects from production of kikuimo to processing and selling. Our kikuimo fields cover three hectares, and have acquired the JAS standard.
