High Protein and Low Calories It is made from only fresh mackerel, cottonseed oil, salt and vegetable extract. It contains less calories and high protein compared to other canned fish. Furthermore, It is not used any preservatives and synthetic seasonings such as MSG. 3. Useful Ingredients for Any Dishes It is seasoned with only cottonseed oil, salt and vegetable extract. It goes well with any dishes such as Salad, Pasta, Sandwich, Soup and etc, and everyone can enjoy original fresh mackerel taste.
