Movement Choose:
We use top excellent quality movement,you can choose Japanese or Swiss brand movement for all automatic and quartz.
Material Choose:
Usually we use full 316L stainless steel strap, genuine leather strap and rubber strap with high quality, some special strap using other material and texture can be customized according to your requirements.
Plating Choose:
To ensure the perfect quality for each piece of our watch, usually we use 3A quality electroplating to the case, strap and other parts, please inform us if you need special specifications and technics.
Color Choose:
For the metal watch, the case & strap can plating in silver, Schwarz, gold, rose gold,coffee gold,blue etc.
1. Q: Was ist Ihr Mindestbestellwert? Could I mix styles and colors?
EIN: If you use our brand ROSDN or AILUO, the MOQ is 100pcs per model, 50pcs per color/style. If you use your own brand, the MOQ is 300pcs per model, 100pcs per color/style.
2. Q: Could I get samples before place a bulk order?
EIN: Normalerweise, the sample cost will be USD50~100/pcs for quartz/digital watch; USD $80-160/pc for mechanical watch, and the sample fee is refundable if your total quantity of bulk order for one model can reach 500pcs.
3. Wie ist Ihre Lieferzeit??
EIN: For Ailuo & ROSDN brand items in stock , it’s 7 working days after receiving deposit and confriming order details. For OEM/ODM orders, Normalerweise, it’s 25 – 55 workdays after receiving deposit and confriming order details.
4 .What’s your packing options?
EIN: We offer two packing options for our customers. a. Simple package without watch box, it’s free of Charge. We pack 1 piece watch in is poly bag+ Opp bag + Karton. b. Custom logo with watch box, it will cause extra charge. We can design and provide different types&material as per your requirements, the MOQ is 300pcs.
5. Do your watches meet Europe & American standard? And what kinds of certificate would you have?
EIN: Jawohl, our watches can meet Europe & American standard. such as CE, ROHS, ERREICHEN, etc. It’s OK to offer certificates, but we need extra charge for testing fee.
6. Would you have your own design team to design watches as our request?
EIN: Sicher. Our designers can help to draw the rendering as your ideas within 24 Std.. If based on our exising models, it’s free of charge. But if create a totally new design, we need extra design charges, and the time need about one week.
7. What’s your payment terms?
EIN: Wir können T/T annehmen, Western Union/ Credit card/ E-checking, Alibaba Trade Assurance is also OK. Usually the deposit should be 50% im Voraus , the balance should be paid off before shipment. But if the order amount less than USD2000, please pay full amount to us to avoid high bank fee.
8. Can you ship to my country? How long will the shipment take?
EIN: Sicher, if you don’t have shipping agent, we can also help to ship the goods. According to your order quantity, you can choose to ship the goods by Sea, by Air or by Express, such as DHL/ Fedex / UPS etc. The final cost is depending on the watches’ models, packing and shipping method, please rest assured that we will recommend the most economic options for you. For the time, Express is the fastest way, um 3-7 Tage.
