As time goes by plastic will separate into smaller and smaller pieces, but never completely biodegrade. When plastic has fulfilled its intended purpose in our everyday lives – it becomes waste.
Most of this waste end up out of sight, but not out of harms way. Most of it eventually end up in remote areas of the Ocean. Threatening the health and safety of marine life and this growing environmental problem is no longer hidden underneath the surface.
WATER
Wherever water flows you will find life. Water is simply fundamental to all of us, our lives depend on it and we need clean and refreshing water in order to even think about what we are going to do today.
And so… it is quite a paradox that this source of life has become a source that feeds one of the greatest environmental threats of our time – plastic waste.
