1. Was ist Ihr MOQ??/ Could you accept small orders?
– a: We accept a minimum order quantity of one, you can also mix the order
– b: For OEM order (customize logo ect.), According to the different items have different MOQ.
Generally each item each color can not less than 500pcs.

2. What’s the delivery time ?
– a: For items in stock , after you confirm and make payment , 3~5 days we can delivery
– b: For OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 30~ 60 Tage .

3.Do you accept payment by paypal ?
– Jawohl, for the small amount we can accept payment by PayPal, Western Union ,Kreditkarte,Trad Assurance.
– For the bigger amount we can accept T/T by bank,L/C,Handelsversicherung.

4. What’s your payment terms?
– For branded items, as we have stock , can arrange delivery within 3~5 days. Generally our distributor will arrange payment 100% im Voraus.
– For OEM orders(customize logo ect.), 30% Anzahlung, 70% balance against delivery.

5.How to arrange delivery ?
– If you have agent in china, after payment we will delivery cargo to your agent.
– If you have no agent in china ,after you confirm the final order, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.

6. How about your products quality ?
– a: All of branded items are waterproof, 100% test by machine

All branded items the life time could be last at least 2 Jahr.
– b: For OEM products, we can proudce acccording to you requirment in CE/RoHS,Nickle free, etc.
You can let the third party to test products whether we produced as your requirments.
