Merkmale
–The mainchine in high speeds up to 300m/min.
–There is PLC system in this machine to make operation more convenient.
–Small box like out-put size at 30mm is able to be done after the special design accroding to customer’s
–Grinder are provided in both sides to make gluing more stable and firm.
–This mahcine is able to fold and glue straight line box. In the pre-foding part, 1st&3rd can be at 180° and 90°.The 2nd&4th are molded at 180°. 180°-135° for pre-folding is available in this machine.
–Feeding is continuous ,exact and autoamtic with the help of vibration motor.
–It is powe saved and helps to work stably. The motor is controlled by transducer
–This machine is upgraded to be a high speed model with a reinforced body.
The main requirement are :Siemens Motor, Schneider Electric/Transducer, Japanese NITTA belts, Japanese Bearing etc.
