2. How to place an order and get the products?

ένα. Inquiry—The more information you provide, the more suitable product we can provide for you! Please provide the specification as detailed as possible and kindly inform us the quantity.

σι. Quotation—Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.

ντο. Printing file—PDF or Ai Format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

ρε. Mould making—Mould will be finished in 1-2 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need to be paid in full amount.

μι. Sample confirmation—Sample will be sent out in 3 days after the mould is ready.

f. Οροι πληρωμής—T/T 50% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading.

σολ. Παραγωγή—Mass production, shipping marks are needed after production.

η. Αποστολή—By sea, air or courier.

3. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?

Ναί, we have development department, and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.

4. Is the sample free?

Ναί. New customers need to pay the delivery expense and the delivery account number in UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. of yours is needed.
