Q:If the products have some quality problems ,how will you deal with it?
ΕΝΑ:If the quality problem of products is caused by us, we will be responsible for it and provide a replacement service immediately.

Q:Could you provide samples for test?
ΕΝΑ:Ναί, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.

ΕΝΑ:Once you place order with us, we have professional staff to track your order constantly, let you know the newest process until you have received it.QC job will be conducted before each shipment with detailed QC report.
