Technical Terms
Step Angle
The stepper motor receives a pulse signal and the motor rotates at a fixed angle in the set direction.

Number of Phase
The number of Coil sets inside the stepper motor.
Holding Torque
The maximum external torque that can be applied to an energized stepper motor at 0 pps without causing continuous rotation.
Detent Torque
The torque required to rotate a non-energized stepper motor. This torque results from the magnet of a hybrid rotor motor.

Angle Accuracy
A measure of stepper motor’s maximum deviation from its desired or indicated position, caculated as percentage of the step angle.
This deviations is non-cumulative, meaning that the maximum deviation found in any number of steps in no greater than the maximum
deviations found in a single step.
Speed/Torque Characteristic
The speed-torque characteristic which shows the correlation between torque and speed. A curve is for a given motor and given
driver.

ΕΝΑ: Ναί, we would like to design motors individually for our customers, but it may need some mould charge and design charge.

Q: Can I have samples for testing first?
ΕΝΑ: Ναί, definitely you can. After confirmed the needed motor specs, we will quote and provide a proforma invoice for samples, once
we get the payment, we will get a PASS from our account department to proceed samples accordingly.

Q: How do you make sure motor quality?
ΕΝΑ: We have our own inspection procedures: for incoming materials, we have signed sample and drawing to make sure qualified
incoming materials; for the production process, we have tour inspection in the process and final inspection to make sure qualified
products before shipping.
