1. Q: You are the factory or trade company?

ΕΝΑ: we are the factory,all massager and fitness equipment are produced by ourselves.

2. Q: Can it be OEM?
ΕΝΑ: Ναί, OEM is available, all products can be customized to meet your demand . Including Logo, Συσκευασία, User manual etc.

3. Q:How long is our Production leading time?
ΕΝΑ: Στα πλαίσια 15-20 days upon receive deposit in normal season, and 25-30days in our busy time(August,September,October).

4. Q:What is the Payment term?
ΕΝΑ: T/T 30% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready.

5. Q:What are your warranty terms?
ΕΝΑ: We offer one year warranty for the product we exported. If order full container quantity, will offer some free charge spare parts(like main PCB, motor, transformer,και τα λοιπά), which will be useful for future maintenance.

6. Q:What kind of documents we will provide to you?
ΕΝΑ: B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side.

7. Q:During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
ΕΝΑ: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.
