ΕΝΑ: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.

Secondly, we also will offer some spare part in free to you. It is based on 1% of the order quantity. (Ανταλλακτικά: like heating element, thermostat, water switch….)
Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will send new water heater with new order for small quantity. Για
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
