1. What is your MOQ ? Is sample order available?

ΕΝΑ: The MOQ is 200pcs. We accept sample order but price is different according to quantities. One sample fee will be returned if customer place bulky orders.

2. Can you offer OEM service?

ΕΝΑ: Ναί, we can do OEM.

3. We want to use our LOGO, is that fine?

ΕΝΑ: Absolutely, plastic injection permanent LOGO, gift box and carton design are all in your preference. This MOQ is 500pcs.

4. How is Delivery time?

ΕΝΑ: 25~30 days after design confirmation and receipt of deposit.

5. What about payment terms?

ΕΝΑ: 30% TT deposit + 70% TT before loading.

6. How to charge the machine?

1. Battery box is inside the machine, please connect battery box to machine by its internal plug.

2. Use wall charger to charge battery to full before your first use. Allow 2.5 ώρες.

3. You can press machine control button once to check battery level.

4. A fully charged battery can make three cups of espresso with cool water(25℃); or to maker 200 cups of espresso by pressing 5s direct mode with boiled water.

IMPORTANT-WALL CHARGER IS ONLY FOR CHARGING, WHEN YOU USE THE MACHINE, PLEASE UNPLUG THE WALL CHARGER.

7. How to clean?

1. Only wash the Drinking Cup, Capsule Cap.

2. Machine has its internal self-cleaning function: fill water and press button for 5 seconds without capsule.

IMPORTANT-DO NOT WASH MAIN BODY OF MACHINE; DO NOT IMMERSE MACHINE TO ANY LIQUID. THIS WILL LEAD TO MACHINE MALFUNCTION. WHEN MACHINE IN USE OR HAVING THE SELF-CLEAN FUNCTION, DO NOT PLACE IT UPSIDE DOWN.

8. What About the Water and Coffee Temperature?

1. Machine use precise NTC sensor to control water temperature to 90℃ in heating function, coffee temperature over 75℃-80℃.

2. Do not use ICE water for heating, room temperature water or boiled water recommended.

3. No need to open drinking cup during machine works. Opening the cup will lead to lower coffee temperature.

9. What Capsule use?

1. Only use Genuine Nespresso Capsule or L’or capsule.

2. Other reusable capsule cup maight affect or even destroy this machine.

3. Every coffee capsule should be used for one shot only.

IMPORTANT- WHEN YOU SCREW THE CAPSULE CAP, BE SURE YOU HAVE FULLY TIGHTENED THE CAPSULE CAP AFTER INSERTING COFFEE CAPSULE. BEST TO HEAR A SOUND OF ‘TAK’ THAT MEANS IS SCREWED HOME.

10. How much is the volume of an cup of Espresso?

1. Espresso volume is always around 40-45ml per cup.

11. How to clear the limescale?

1. Always use pure water or distilled water to fill into water tank.

2. Use wet cloth to remove limescale in water tank.
