Q1：I am a novice foreign trade, how to finish an order?

Ε2：What’s the order process?
Α2: Submit design(εσείς) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (εσείς)
> Create artwork (me) > Approval (εσείς) > full payment or a half payment(εσείς)
> Παραγωγή + Shipping after full payment (me)
Ε3: Can I get a product sample? Α3: Ναί, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I’d like to know the specific delivery process.
Α4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q5: Can you make glitter, glow, epoxy items? Α5: Ναί, μπορούμε.
Ε6: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it? Α6: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
