Quick Lime Lump for Gold Mining with High Calcium Oxide

The QUICKLIME is produced from limestone containing over 98% ανθρακικό ασβέστιο.

DOLOMITIC QUICKLIME is produced from limestone containing a mixture of both calcium and magnesium carbonates.
Both high calcium quicklime and dolomitic quicklime are produced by heating raw limestone deposits in a kiln up to temperatures of 900 βαθμούς. This process is referred to as calcination process.
The quicklime products are often ground into a fine power referred to as PULVERIZED QUICKLIME that is ideal for mixing with additives or other materials to result in specialized blended composites. Due to the chemical nature of some additives, the quicklime can become “Fluidized,” that is, having properties of being highly fluid. The fluidized quicklime is ideal for use with special material handling systems for optimum flowability and to avoid clogging.

Quicklime can also be hydrated with water, in a process commonly referred to as slaking, resulting in HYDRATED QUICKLIME (or calcium hydroxide), a dry free flowing powder product that is practical and efficient for many uses

For exporting purpose, Quick Lime will be packed into small bag / jumbo bag as requirement of clients. Κανονικά, we use 40kg; 1000κιλό, 1250kgs PP laminated inner PE.
After well-packing, we will stuff limestone into container 20feet with wooden pallet. The loading capacity can be up to 25 metric tons. Depending on policy of each discharging port, we can adjust the loading capacity as customized.

Our factory is located in Hanam province so it is easy to take cargo to Haiphong seaport for exporting. For each shipment, we can arrange from 10-40 containers 20feet from factory to port within 10 ημέρες.
We are using service of MCC, PIL, K-Line, One Line, Cosco, Pacific Line, Zim, Heung-A, KMTC, CMA CGM and China shipping to transport cargo to any port over the word.
