1. Material
are manufactured with high quality rare earth neodymium materials and other various materials mixed together uniformly.
a. Before grinding and cutting, we inspect the black product tolerance.
b. Before and after coating, we will inspect the tolerance by AQL standard.

Sí. If magnets are without surface coating (also named plating), it may rust easily under humid conditions.
There have many plating options like Nickel, Zinc, Oro, Black Epoxy, White Epoxy coating and so on.
Zn and Nickle coating are the most popular coating. The magnet with plating will resist the corrosion effectively.

A: Neodymium magnet is also named NdFeB magnet, and its chemical formula is Nd2Fe14B. Neodymium magnet is a man-made permanent magnet, and it is a magnet with the strongest magnetism under normal temperature at present.
Q2: What is the difference between sintered neodymium magnet and bonded neodymium magnet?
A: Neodymium magnet includes sintered neodymium and bonded neodymium magnet. Bonded magnet actually is made through injection moulding technology, and sintered neodymium magnet is made through high temperature heating under vacuum condition. The magnetism of sintered neodymium is much stronger than the magnetism of bonded neodymium magnet.
A: Neodymium magnets will likely lose less than approximately 1% of their flux density over a 10-year period if their physical properties remain intact, and they are not subjected to demagnetizing influences (such as high-temperatures, opposing magnetic fields, radiation etc.)
