a) If you just need a sample in hand not customized to check our quality, it can be sent to u for free, as long as you prepay for the express courier cost or choose to deiiver it via your express account; If it is customized, u need to pay for the sample cost and send us artwork(if printed), which can be refunded after order confirmation with a required qty.
