Normalmente, to make 100% jugo, ‘in-line’ system, which squeeze whole fruit without peeling its out skin off, or ‘chopper-pulper’ system, which squeeze fruit including soft inside skin, are adopted. But by these system, peculiar thick flavor prevents us from enjoying real ARIDA-MIKAN flavor.
“SHIBORI” means “Squeeze.” It expresses that without unnecessary process or additives, it tastes really natural just as squeezed. Original squeezing machine makes a difference.
