Q1: Are you factory?
A: We are factory for more than 30 years and OEM / ODM are available.

Q2:Can you provide sample?
A:Of course.We’re pleasure to proveide samples for you. That we just take the freight cost for the sample.

Q3: ¿Cuál es el tiempo de entrega??
A: Existing sample time is 1-7 días. Production is within 15 días después de recibir el depósito, it depends on the amount & products type of the orders.

Q4: How should I pay for you if I place order to you?
A: Normalmente, the Payment terms T/T, Visa, West Union could be accepted. Regular goods 30% depositar por adelantado, 70% paid before the shipment. OEM/ODM goods pay 100% depositar por adelantado. These are all negotiable.

P5:Can I have the products customized?
A:Of course.We support the service from the easier logo customized or color customized to the plastic production design and OEM.It may just need some other cost.

P6: Can you print our own logo and color?
A:por supuesto, we can do customized logos.And we can do colors according to Pantone colors if you can reach our MOQ.
