A: For old customer, we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge the sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.

Q2: How to pay express charges if order samples?

A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will deliver samples after payment.

Q3: Cómo pagar los cargos de muestra?

A: You can pay to our company account. Cuando recibimos la tarifa de muestra, we will arrange to make samples for you. Sample Preparation will be 2-7days.

Q4: ¿Cuáles son sus condiciones de pago??

A: Normalmente, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 50% of total amount as down payment and the balance would be paid before delivery.
