Q4/. What is our price term?
• We usually deal in USD on FOB, C&F or EXW and shipping port usually is Shanghai or Ningbo

Q5/. What is our payment term?
• For a large quantity order, our usual payment is by T/T, 30% for down payment and the 70% for balance. ( also you can choose L/C at buyer’s convenience)
• For a small quantity order, there is Western union, Gramme d'argent, PayPal etc. for your choosing.

Q6/. What is our packing term?
• For inner package, we will adopt the most suitable inner box to protect products and guarantee the products in good situation in the whole process of transportation.
• For outer package, we usually pack them in standard carton; also we can pack them according to buyer’s request.

Q7/. What is our shipping term?
• For shipping term, we have no special requirements on it; we usually make shipment

• For shipping cost, it will depend on your destination and your ordering quantity. The more order quantity is, the lower shipping cost rate will be.

Q8/. What is our delivery date?
• For small and middle quantity order, we will finish production and make the delivery within 15-30days after we receive your payment.
• For large quantity order, we will finish production and make the delivery within 30-60days or more after we receive your payment or deposit. It will depend on your specific products and quantity.

Q9/. What about our products?
• We have set up a very strict Q.C. system and quick quality feedback system; so if you have any quality problems on our products, please tell us in advance and return it back to us in intact within one week.

Q10/. What is our after sale service?
• The warranty period of our products is 12 months after sale. If there are any problems with our products, please send the photos and specific description on the problems. Then we will send you of the free-charge spare parts and offer you of the relevant repairing instructions, and then you can repair the products with received spare parts by yourself according to our instruction. If the problem really can’t be solved by yourself as above said procedure finally, you can return it back to us for repairing or replacement for qualified products.
