Safloria is ideal for use in salads and hot dishes, has a high smoking temperature, which is important for frying or grilling, contains a large amount of linoleic acid (sur 80%), which is actively involved in metabolism, but with Vitamin E, which is a powerful antioxidant and significantly reduces the risk of cancer, is not synthesized by the body on its own.
