Chasin was founded in 2002 and has 18 years of computer embroidery production experience. The company is located in Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, Province de Guangdong, Chine. Only 1.5 hours drive from Hong Kong or Guangzhou, the transportation is very convenient.

Chasin has a professional foreign trade team and a well-equipped production workshop. From production to sales integration, it saves customers more time and costs. We have the most advanced BARUDAN and Tajima embroidery machines in Japan. The minimum thread color that can run on the machine is 12 couleurs, while ordinary embroidery machines have only 9 couleurs. Advanced machines and equipment allow us to create patches with extraordinary appearance for customers.

A1: It’s easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote, send your design and tell us how many patches you want to order.

Q2: I already have a design, how can I send it to you?

A2: You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.

Q3: What is your minimum / maximum order?

A3: We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many patches as you need.

Q4: What is your normal turnaround time?

A4: Normalement, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.

Q5: Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?

A5: Oui, we offer a real sample photos for you to approve before production with every firm order.
