For the LNG Truck/ISO Tank loading and metering system, we share more than 85% in China domestic market & working for 14 LNG receiving Terminals for truck/ISO tank loading station in China.

Truck Loading Skid (TLS) is composed of support structure and process pipelines, and the support structure is composed of an external frame and a pipe bracket, so that the process pipelines are fixed in all directions to connect to the truck stably. The process pipelines are liquid phase pipeline, gas phase pipeline, vent pipeline and instrument wind pipeline All the valves and instruments are integrated into one frame as a completed loading skid. Typical truck loading skid is mainly composed of strainer, Flowmeter, Pressure gauge, Temperature Transmitter, Flow control valve, pneumatic shut-off valve, relief valve, ball valves, Batch Controller, support structure, etc., for safe and efficient loading LNG from storage tank to truck tank.


The system is also equipped with electrostatic alarm controller and grounding devices to ensure reliable grounding during filling, and API connector to prevent the LNG over-filling. The specialized LNG batch controller is installed on side of skid. And the batch controller collects all the signals of control valve, pressure and temperature transmitters, static grounding and anti over-filling device to monitor the filling progress and perform actions according to the process and business requirements.
Truck loading arm is installed on TLS in workshop. The mechanical part of truck loading arm is mainly composed of inboard arm, outboard arm, extended arm, Spring Cylinder Balance System, Locking System, swivel joints, break away coupling, dry coupler, ball valves and other accessories.

* Detail operation instruction being indicated during opetation.
* The flow rate can be controlled dynarnically through flow control valve in the whole process to achieve optimal flow
rate. the filling process can be automatically finished by controlling the electromagnetic valves of liquid, vapor teturn
and liquid collection pipeline.
* The alarm systerm can monitor the anti-static detection switch and position switch and etc, accoring to the requisition.
