Our material

Our material is new brand material not reused material which tested by the third party audit and comply to FDA, LFGB and EU standard. Our material is non-toxic to body. Our QC departments strictly checked each lot of silicone material according to Internal Food Grade Standard.Also each lot of silicone material must get approval of FDA or LFGB. any questions, our company will return back to suppliers, each material supplier, our QC department and engineers will visit for inspection, we just choose the eligible supplier .

• Our factory is conveniently located in Shenzen, total production floor space of 4000 mètres carrés.
• Tooling Department:6 sets CNC Machines 1 set Fanuc CNC Machine, the precision can reach to 0.002μm. 5 Sets EDM machines(3 sets Taiwan EDM machines, 2 sadik mirror EDM machines). Supported by a strong team of proficient engineers.We are well equipped for OEM.
• Production Line:20 sets of silicone compression molding machines ,10 sets injection machines,2 sets of silicone material mixing machines, 4 sets plastic injection machines in a cleaning and 100000 level Dust-free workshop environment.

• Assembly Lines: 1000000 level dust-free workshop for finished products assembly. Air conditioning purification assembly workshop.

• Innovation and design :We have a team consisting of 3 designers. 80% of our own design are accepted by customers. We also welcome customer’s design.
