3.Q: Can you provide free samples and how long?

D-TEC: Oui, we can offer some free samples while the freight cost shall be paid by buyer. The samples can be delivered within 3 days if we have ready stock.

4. Q: Can you offer OEM services?

D-TEC: Oui, we can provide OEM services and print your logo on products or packing material.

5. Q: How long will the ordered goods be delivered?

D-TEC: It depends on the products and quantity of the order.

1) For our regularly produced items, usually the lead time can be 20 journées.

2) For OEM products, we need to order packing materials (or make mold to print your logo on products), it needs 30-45 days to produce the goods.

6. Q: what will be the payment terms?

D-TEC: -For sample order, we accept 100% TT, Pay Pal, western union etc.

-For official order, we accept TT, LC at sight.

7. Q: Can you provide test report for each batch of goods?

D-TEC: Oui, nous pouvons. For each batch of goods, QC will do strict test. Test reports (COA) are available after finishing the tests.

8. Q: Do you have after-sales services:

D-TEC: Oui, we promise free replacement for any manufacturing defects of our delivered products. We are responsible for our delivered products in the valid time of products.

9. Q: Can you provide documents for registration before importing of goods?

D-TEC: Oui, we can provide required documents for registration after finishing the commercial issues.

10. Q: Can we be your exclusive distributor in my country?

D-TEC: We are looking for distributor in different countries, We can discuss this topic face to face.
