2.What is your balustrade materials ?

We use stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316.

3.What is your MOQ requirments ?

If you are doing wholesale, each balustrade should be above 30 pièces. If you are doing project, the MOQ length is 20 mètres.

4.What is your trade terms service ?

We can offer EXW, GOUSSET, CNF and CIF service by our shipping agent.

5.Pouvez-vous fournir des échantillons ?

Oui, nous pouvons. But we have to know your order quantity and the courier cost will be paid by you.

6.What is the standard height of the railing ?

We should consider two situation.1// Flat railng standard height,1100millimètre,1200mm or 1300mm from the ground. 2// Staircase railing standard height,900mm or 950mm from each step

7.If I have a railing project,Can you come to the site to survey ? Could you make the drawings for us ?

Oui,we can offer the surveying site and provide the drawings for you. But we have to know the project situation firstly.

8.What is your delivert time ?

It depents on the order quantity. Normally we can produce 3000 pieces balustrades in one month.

9.If we have a customized drawings design. Can you do it for us ?

Certainly. We have a CAD drawing teams. If you need revised service,we also can make it for you.
