What is SAKE?
It is an alcoholic beverage that is made from fermented rice. In Japan, we call it “Sake” ou “Nihonshu”.
Sake is sometimes called “rice wine” but the brewing process is totally different.
Converting starch to sugar by Koji(molded rice) and Kobo(yeast) turn this sugar to alcohol in fermentation process.
This unique fermentation process is called multiple parallel fermentation.
Nowadays because of the nutritional value, it is getting more and more popular in the world.
Sake can be used in the cooking and also as beverage. As a traditional alcohol in Japan, sake is served chilled, at room temperature, or heated, depending on the preference of the drinker, the quality of the sake, and the season.
Keep in cool and dry place without sunshine. Any light will make the sake taste different. So most of the sake bottle is dark brown to avoid light.
“Sparkling sake” “Sttill Sake” “Vintage Sake” “Dessert Sake”. You can choose sake in accordance with any style of fine cusine.
3.Every year, our sake is evaluated not only in Japan but also international competitions such as “International Wine Challenge” et “Kura Master”.
