Q:Hello! Are you direct printing factory? UN:We are professional direct OEM printing factory in Shenzhen, Chine.
Q:For quotation, what specifications are needed? UN: Taille; Total pages; Couleur; Binding way; Finishing and Quantity will be needed.
The more details you tell us, the better the price will be.
Q:What kind of art file is available for printing?
UN: PDF format(CMJN) with at least 300 DPI will be best. Other format such as Indd, PSD, JPG etc. are also fine for us.
Q:Can I get a sample before place a order and how many days I can get the sample?
UN:Oui, tu peux. We can make a sample during 2-3 days and send to you during 3-4 journées, You can get a digital sample within a week!
Q:What is your leading time for mass(bulk) impression? UN:Normalement, 8-10 days for less than 10000pcs softcover books.

Q:Will you sign a contract for protecting client’s copy right and printing right? UN:Oui,we will, before we start to print, we will send a contract to you to sign. After both of us sign it, we will start to print.
