A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you)
> Create artwork (me) > Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you)
> Production + Shipping after full payment (me)
Q3: Can I get a product sample? A3: Oui, bien sûr. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I’d like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q5: Can you make glitter, glow, epoxy items? A5: Oui, nous pouvons.
Q6: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it? A6: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
