1. Can I take samples first?

2. Can I customize my logo or redesign the products?

Bien sûr. OEM service is our advantage, We still have our own design team, We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impressive. and make your logo by laser, engraved, embossed, impression, etc.

3. What’s the order payment and procedure?

We accept Western Union, Pay Pal, L/C, T/T, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Première, we discuss order details, production details by email or TM.

Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.

After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 30-45days if we don’t have the items in stock.

Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment is done, we start to arrange the shipment.

For OEM order, the delivery time is around 30-60 days which depends on the material and design.

5. What’s the warranty?
